My name is Leslie Erni and I'm a blogger, well at least I'm going to give it a try. Soon my husband and I will have our little baby "Cheerio" and this blog is for him, and family and friends who want to keep up on our ventures in life.
The name of the blog....brightERNIights, was something that Nater came up with. We wanted the first word to end with "er" and the second word to start with "ni," so when combined together it spelled ERNI. (Very limited on options just so you know.) Some might call it cheesy, some creative, either way it works for now!

Today was the best mother's day ever. At 34 weeks pregnant I guess it is the first time I qualify as a mom. My request was for my husband Nate to take some pregnant pictures. Some decent ones where I actually got ready for the day. I felt really silly taking them, but I want to try to cherish this time of being pregnant the best I can. This is one way I hope to do that.
